If you want to increase the accessibility of your Smiley Digital surveys, contact HappyOrNot Support or your HappyOrNot contact person, and they will turn this setting on for you.
Accessibility mode makes the Smiley Digital more accessible to people with visual impairments and who use screen readers.
When the accessibility mode is enabled, the following accessibility features are turned on for all Smiley Digital surveys in the organization:
- When using a redirect page, the redirect type is set to manual to allow screen readers to read the page contents before being redirected to a new page.
- A black border is added around the smileys.
NOTE: Accessibility mode can only be turned on for the whole organization, not for individual experience points or surveys.
